🍄 6 Activities to Boost with Low Doses

High doses are sometimes seen as the ‘end goal’ of psychedelics.

Some psychonauts even have some level of pride around taking big doses. And while I certainly appreciate the benefits of a high-dose session, they are not the be-all and end-all of psychedelics.

Two weeks ago I wrote about the difference between psycholytic and psychedelic therapy. Psycholytic being lower doses combined with traditional talk therapy sessions, where the psychedelic can amplify the mechanisms by which therapy works.

However, we need not stop at talk therapy.

There are many other activities which we may derive some therapeutic benefit from. Or even some of the other benefits that we hope for from psychedelics: creativity, connection, insight.

So what other activities might we be able to supercharge from a low-dose to boost our benefits?

Here are 6 activities to try on low doses of psychedelics:

  1. Time in nature
  2. Creative experiments
  3. Mindfulness meditation
  4. Physical activity
  5. Learning and study
  6. Social interaction

6 Activities to Try on Micro to Low Doses of Psychedelics

After the newsletter two weeks ago, a member of the Conscious Psychedelic Explorer reached out to me to tell me how amazed he was by the amount of internal reflection that he was able to achieve by taking a dose and going to a show.

I love to hear it and have had similar experiences myself in nature and at shows.

Are there any activities you would add? Did you ever experiment with different activities on psychedelics?

Hit reply and share your thoughts. Always great to hear from you :)
